Ceracron is a registered brand specialized in earthenware. The composition of the clay was developed around 1970, especially for Melitta's colored tableware. This material has a higher density than normal earthenware. This makes it extra hard and therefore more user-friendly. Various glazes were applied to this tableware, which gives each piece a unique look.
