   In this privacy policy statement, CURATED TABLEWARE wishes to inform you on how your data will be handled.
   As with the development of our projects, we take the greatest care to protect your personal data. In order to protect your data against, among others, loss, leaks, errors, unauthorised access or unlawful processing, etc., the necessary organisational and technical measures will be taken.

   The present privacy policy statement applies to all services offered by and all activities of CURATED TABLEWARE.
   
4. Processing purposes
   The data processed and the purposes for which such data are processed vary depending on your relationship with CURATED TABLEWARE.
   4.1 Website visitors
   When visiting the website, cookies are tracked. You can find all information concerning the cookies used in our cookie policy.
   4.2 Customers
   Proper service and a good customer relationship naturally require us to process some personal data of our customers, such as identification and financial data.
   The purposes for which these data will be processed are (i) execution of the entrusted assignment, (ii) keeping a correct administration, (iii) complying with legal obligations, (iv) informing the customer about relevant novelties, or relevant promotions, workshops, etc. and (v) safeguarding CURATED TABLEWARE's own interests.
   The customer is reminded that if he should refuse to transfer certain personal data, this may prevent or seriously impede the service.
   4.4 SHOPIFY
   This webshop is hosted by the online e-commerce platform Shopify Inc. Customer data is also stored by Shopify's data management, in databases and for the proper functioning of the Shopify application. All data is stored with them on a secure server equipped with a firewall.

   4.5 SENDCLOUD
   All shipments are centralised through the online shipping platform Sendcloud. Customer data is also kept by Sendcloud data management, in databases and for the proper functioning of the Sendcloud application. All data is kept with them on a secure server equipped with a firewall. This data is shared with the shipping provider the customer chooses while checking out the under, solely to ensure efficient shipping and allow the customer to track the progress of their shipment via track & trace.

   4.6 NEWSLETTER and WHATSAPP CHANNEL
   It is possible to sign up for CURATED TABLEWARE's newsletter or Whatsapp Channel.
   In order to send the newsletter, CURATED TABLEWARE obviously needs to have some personal data. Sending the newsletter or promotions can be done either on the basis of explicit consent or, in certain cases, on the basis of a legitimate interest.
   To subscribe to the Whatsapp Channel, customers need to share their mobile number. All data in this regard will be retained by Meta Platforms, Inc.
   4.7 OTHER
   In addition, it is possible that data from other parties will also be processed and this because of legal obligations, performance of an agreement or legitimate interests such as e.g. data of prospects, applicants, former employees, contacts, ...
   
5. Duration of processing
   Data will be retained for at least the duration of the agreement, the mandatory statutory retention periods and/or the statutory limitation period, whichever is longer.
   If data are kept on the basis of a legitimate interest, the data will be kept for as long as this legitimate interest continues. Unless a prior objection would be raised by the data subject.
   
6. Recipients and transfer of personal data
   Within the framework of the performance of the entrusted task, third parties such as transport companies, app developers, etc. may be used.
   These parties may store or transfer their data to third countries.
7. Rights
