About the manufacturer:

The Dutch company started in 1779 as Goedewaagen's Royal Dutch Pipe and Pottery Factories in Gouda.
From 1963, Aart Goedewaagen III moved the production of tableware and Delft blue to Drenthe. In 1982, Goedewaagen's Royal Dutch Pipe and Pottery Factories went bankrupt as a result of the energy crisis at the time. Under the leadership of former sales manager J.
